Maker's Mark | 'You Wish.' Vending Machine
TH produced this OBIE award winning campaign for Maker’s Mark by building, permitting and installing the brand’s concept of a bourbon vending machine. The 10’ dual-sided, illuminated installation was wrapped in Maker’s Mark creative displaying the clever tag line, “You Wish". The campaign ran for 33 days in San Francisco, visiting high-traffic locations at Justin Herman Plaza and Pier 39. The program later moved to Columbus, OH, where TH oversaw all permitting and onsite management over the course of the holiday season. Its latest host was Austin, TX for South by Southwest music festival.
Maker's Mark | Guitar Bottle
Makers Mark’s creative agency approached TH with the vision of creating a personified 20’ tall Maker’s Mark bottle. The final product was an oversized 'Guitar Man' Makers Mark bottle, which TH designed, produced and placed in Dallas, Texas and Nashville, Tennessee. In Dallas, Guitar Man lived at the American Airlines Center for one month and was featured at over 16 events, including a Coldplay concert and several Dallas Mavericks and Stars games. The sculpture then moved on to a six-month tour in Nashville, where Guitar Man visited numerous local hot spots and festivals.
Mastercard | Overwhelming Installations
Taking on all logistical elements, TH made an overwhelming impression with MasterCard in a campaign centered around the brand’s print creative. This process included: fabrication, permitting, and security for four oversized sculptures. Installations of a stiletto shoe, tricycle, camera and barbell were placed in proximity to MasterCard and SunTrust station dominations in each market. In addition, each prop was adorned with a price tag depicting a unique QR code, sending consumers to current in-market deals via their smart phones.
IKEA | Message In a Bottle
TH was approached by IKEA’s agency to fully execute an eye-catching campaign promoting the grand opening of the Tampa IKEA store. In response, TH produced five 10’ bottles showcasing IKEA furniture, cleverly placing them along St. Petersburg’s Pier as if they had washed up on shore. The unique Message in a Bottle installations were placed for four days, drawing attention from various media outlets and consistently garnering the interest of beachgoers in an unexpected way. The campaign was further supported by the distribution of over 6,000 mini IKEA bottles and a sweepstakes for a three-piece furniture set.
